As you may or may not know, William Morris Big Local has come to an end in the end of 2024, where we celebrated and showcased our impact over the last few years! The ongoing projects we had build and the community connections we've weaved through the years were too good to just let them go to waste. So most of us involved with WMBL decided to continue the legacy with William Morris Community Threads (or Threads for short). We will continue operating the Community Living Room, the Youth Club, the community events, and will implement our plans for the Community Courtyard. We are currently applying for various sources of funding, but have enough to last us until the Summer 2025. We'd like to invite everyone to join us if they have some time and energy to spare, and would love to be included in a grassroots resident-led charitable organisation!
